We’re looking for someone who loves editorial and has actually made things: books, booklets, zines, reports, leaflets or publications of their own.

You should enjoy structuring stories, narratives and communication, and be comfortable taking a project from a loose brief to a considered piece of work.

You’ll work across catalogues, brand systems, exhibition graphics, editorial layouts, social and more. You should be comfortable learning new things, picking up unfamiliar tools and figuring things out as you go.

Freelance Project Manager · The Paper Fan Club

We’re looking for someone to keep an IP we’re building moving.

You’ll work between us, the client, on-ground event production and the presenter/conductor. You’ll own timelines, dependencies, people and next steps, and make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

You’ll need:

• Excellent project and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• The ability to manage parallel tracks independently
• Experience with IPs, content platforms, events, workshops, seminars or similar projects
• The ability to turn fragmented conversations, WhatsApp threads and calls into clear mails and documents
• Command on G-Suite (Docs, Slideshows, Sheets)
• Basic familiarity with WordPress

This isn’t a coordination-via-WhatsApp role. We need someone who can take ownership, anticipate what’s next and keep everyone moving without being micromanaged.
